How does findmed.ng work?＋
You tell us the medicine you need and upload your prescription. Our team then contacts pharmacies — starting near you and widening across Nigeria — until we find one with your medicine in stock. You get the pharmacy details and price, and you decide whether to collect it.
Do I need a prescription?＋
Yes. For prescription medicines you must have a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You upload a clear photo or PDF when you start a search.
How much does it cost?＋
findmed.ng is free to use while we pilot the service. You only pay the pharmacy for the medicine itself when you collect it.
How long does it take to find my medicine?＋
Many searches are matched within a day. Hard-to-find or specialist medicines can take a little longer while we widen the search to other cities and states.
What if my medicine can't be found?＋
If we can't locate your medicine, we'll tell you and keep your request open so we can try again as stock changes. You're never charged a search fee.
Is my health information safe?＋
Your prescription and request details are private to you and our search team. We never share them publicly.
